Terms of Service

By ordering a commission, you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below:

➤ I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time
➤ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, otherwise I will cancel your commission➤ Payment services are strictly through Artistree.
➤ Transactions through Artistree are required to pay 100% upfront, this cannot be changed as this is how Artistree works.
➤ Check Artistree's terms and conditions for their refund policy.➤ Client must be clear and concise when delivering information on your order.
➤ Deadlines must be agreed upon before the start of the commission.
➤ I will do my best to deliver your commissions in a timely manner. I will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues that would come up and delay the completion of your commission.
➤ I will be sending sketches with watermarks to you for inquiry
➤ Major revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and a limited amount of minor revisions are allowed during the painting stage.
➤ I am allowed to post your commission on my account, unless stated otherwise.➤ You are allowed to post the art you ordered with proper credit (tag my account on the first two lines of the description or a link to any of my social media)
➤ The final product is strictly for personal use unless purchased for commercial rights (price to be discussed personally)
➤ You are not allowed to take credit of the commission whatsoever.
➤ You are not allowed to edit my work that heavily alters the artwork, removes my watermark, or become indistinguishable from the finished product.
➤ Do not feed the commission piece into any technology in relation to AI, NFTs, or cryptocurrency (This includes sketches and linework I will send to you)
